I think this is a a wonderful piece of equipment, However I have been unsuccessfull with getting the thing to work, I 'm running Vista Home Basic on my PC, AT&T DSL high speed internet svc, a 2wire modem/router, and the use of my Logitech (Sqz.Box. Duet), only gives me the error message it could not connect (sqzbox) to the (sqznetwork).
I was told that my router's firewall needs to open TCP port 9000 & TCP/UDP 3483. Can you ellaborate on this issue and help me to understand what this all means. My ISP was able to show me how to get into the settings, Thats it, Logitech has asked me to call them back because they are not familiar with the modem/router, & Vice Versa, Please help me. ASAP!.....
