Stay in Control of Your Spending with Budget iQ
Mar 9, 2010
Your taxes are due in just over a month, and you're starting to wish you were better at managing your finances?
Budget iQ is a new application from Apple, and it's their most preferred money management application. The app monitors a user's financial snapshot, makes projections and offers help for deciding whether or not a purchase you are considering is rational. It does all of this in a way that supports financial responsibility, and can even make budgeting fun!
Users simply have to input their budget amount and preferred time period (for most of us this will be monthly). Entering expenses is done on the app's main dashboard, where all of a user's financial figures are presented in an easy to understand format. Plus, it allows users to easily simulate an impending purchase to see how it will affect their financial snapshot.

By Leila Pejman on Nov 27, 2009 at 2:50 PM
If you are not one of the 60 million players attracted to a Facebook application called Farmville, you're probably scratching your head at either what FarmVille is or how it became so big within the Facebook community. Over 22 million of those players log in to their farms every day and contribute to harvesting crops, tending livestock, and scaring off foxes. Humane gaming is a term coined at the university to mean:

New iPhone App Scores Sexual Prowess
By Geoff Gauthier on Jul 30, 2009 at 10:15 AM
If you've got an iPhone, low self-esteem, and are completely unsure of your sexual prowess, there's an app for that.
Passion, just released this week and created by Chris Alvares, uses a combination of your iPhone's accelerometer, microphone and "many other functions" to score you on your sexual conqests.
That's right, I said microphone. I suppose noisier is better?
Anyway, Alvares suggests using an arm band or even a pocket to store your iPhone as you get down to business. Once you finish up, hit stop on the phone and get your score.
Passion sells in the Apple iPhone App Store for $4.99 USD.
