NFB (National Film Board) has a FREE app on the Apple iPhone and iPad. This means you can watch over 1000 videos, varying from documentaries to animations, all in the palm of your hands.
Pros:
- Watch hundreds of full NFB films
- Choose your viewing time - preload a film on the iPhone to view at a later time (so you have up to 24 hours later to watch)
- Explore films by theme (eg: films for kids, documentaries, animation, etc.)
- Compile a favourite films list
- Target films viewed by people nearby
Cons:
- Absolutely nothing: this App is free with most NFB films
Available free at the iTunes App Store for the iPhone and iPad.
